以前常常去一家有水晶頌缽課的瑜珈中心，當時被水晶頌缽的聲音和放鬆程度感到驚訝 ~ 躺在瑜珈墊上聆聽水晶頌缽的聲音，讓身體、細胞與心靈都得到了療癒。 有些學生甚至說, 這比做全身按摩還要放鬆！

I used to go to a yoga center that has crystal singing bowl class and I was just amazed by the sound and how relaxing it was, just lying down and listening to the crystal bowl sound heals the body, body cells and mind. Some students even said it was more relaxing than getting a body massage!

Few months ago, I had to the chance to completed the CMA (Certified Medical Association) certified Crystal Singing Bowl Healer Level II course. I had been wanting to learn this for a long time and I believed that these sounds and vibration will benefit both human and animals.

Anything that can benefit animal's health in a natural / no side effect way, I am open to learn it!

Panda quite like the sound of crystal bowls and often come near it whenever I play it and started to take naps !
